A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, introduces himself as a scientist, the author of a number of «unique» breakthough technologies in the field of energy, namely:
- a static electric power generator SGM-2500, or a static electric power amplifier, or Alpha-Inverter, or an intermediate power supply (names may vary), but the essence is the same. The technology allegedly increases the incoming electrical power by 1.8 times and cuts electricity costs by 44-45%.
- fast battery charging. The technology allegedly charges a Tesla car to a full charge in 30 minutes.
- autonomous power supply system. The technology supposedly makes it possible to substantially reduce the area of solar panels to generate a comparable amount of power.
All of the above technologies are non-working falsifications of Ilya Filimonov. More than a dozen people in different countries have already become a victim of his fraud. Don’t be the next victim. See details below.
Let’s start with the technology that supposedly generates electric power by 1.8 times and saves 44-45% of electricity. The equipment, which is produced and demonstrated by Ilya Filimonov, is a three-section device with a cable connection at the input and output (two outermost sections) and a central section consisting of a set of inductors, capacitors and a control system, which supposedly generates additional power with the specified effect.
The meters installed inside the equipment record the indicators of the incoming and outgoing power during the operation of the equipment and indeed show the claimed or bigger effect.
HOW IS IT DONE:
A real life example 1:
Below are the indicators of electricity consumption at the input (before the equipment) and at the output (after the equipment, i.e. the actual consumption of electricity at the facility). The difference is 1.89 times.

The difference in transformation ratios is 1.83 times (400/219). This is where the magic saving effect comes from.
A real life example 2:
Two out of three phases get disconnected at the incoming meter counter, whereas all three phases work at the output meter counter. As a result, the consumption value at the incoming meter counter is, as a rule, 2.5 times lower than at the output meter counter.

To prove that the equipment operates as specifed, Ilya Filimonov provides falsified conclusions (original or draft documents) issued by the reputable universities and government organisations or fake electricity bills that the consumer allegedly saved.
Following this scheme, he collected money from various people for the production of this «expensive» unique equipment, put it on the site and disappeared.
This equipment did not demonstrate the claimed effect at any site in Kazakhstan, Russia, India.
